Due to the nature of Covid-19, we have taken safety precautions for our staff, contractors and also our customers by converting to virtual roofing measurements & zoom/phone calls to consult our clients. All of our staff will wear face mask to follow safety guidelines via the CDC while doing our best to limit the spread of the virus. If you are sick and not feeling well, please allow us to help you schedule a time that will allow you to get better prior to us coming to install roofing or any other construction! Next, a representative of South East Roofing & Gutters takes the initiative to call in your claim.

We do the work for you. Our team contacts your insurance provider to setup an appointment with their agents so you wont have to worry about follow up with claims department.

WE SET AN APPOINTMENT WITH YOUR INSURER

Our next step would be to set up an appointment and confirm a date & time to meet with your insurer.

This process takes between 5-7 business days, but fret not! Our staff stays in contact and follows up to keep you abreast of the process.

WE REVIEW YOUR ESTIMATE WITH YOU

After we meet your insurer, we discuss the estimates & details with you directly to make sure you are aware of all estimates of the project.

We make sure to be competitive in pricing while providing the best outcome for your roof-replacement project.

SCHEDULE YOUR ROOFING INSTALLATION

After we discuss estimate, we schedule the roof replacement!

We make sure to stay within your schedule and accommodate you in anyway possible.

INSTALL, WALK THROUGH, CLEAN-UP, FOLLOW-UP

After a successful install, our senior team does a thorough walkthrough with you as our client.

Our team thoroughly cleans all debris caused by the reconstruction of your roof. We follow up and stay in contact to ensure you are completely satisfied upwards to a year.
